Simply the Best

Permatex Aviation Gasket Goo, (as I like to call it), was recommended to me in the early 80s by an old mechanic, for installing head gaskets “Stops water jacket leaks”. I’ve use it every time I assemble engines/parts/gaskets (except carburettor gaskets for which I use lip balm, so they can be taken apart easily). Aviation Gasket Goo remains gooie and prevents annoying oil leaks in the future, especially oil pans, tappet cover, water pumps and thermostats gaskets, just make sure you torque all bolts to the correct specifications. Gives extra insurance in stopping head gasket failures, just apply thinly on head gaskets and Don’t apply to compression rings of head gaskets. I love this product. Read full review...
