Excellent service from this company. Simon was terrifically helpful and very pleasant to do business with. Even lent me a box while mine was being repaired. My 60" plasma screen is now better than new. Weak regulators on the main board of the media box is a known issue.

They also switched out the drive transport on my BDP LX-91, which had ceased to recognise or play Blu-ray discs. Again this is a known issue with these players.
