Quality well made replacement panel air filter
This air filter is very good quality, definitely increases air flow and makes a better induction noise.
it was a little bit awkward to fit as it was slightly over sized but just too a bit of patience.
Customer support was good and quick when double checking fitment on my car.

Filter is too big. The rubber surround is too large and won't fit in the filter cartridge. This states fits 6 cylinder e39 models. It doesn't. Had to trim off some the rubber surround to make it fit and it literally only just did. Needs to be removed from sale until made fit for purpose. Read full review...

Worth the money
This is a big improvement over the standard filter. Could feel the increase in power in my 330ci. Also made a subtle change to the exhaust note.

not worth buying, if forced in you could split your air filter housing.
The air filter does not fit my Z3 2.2 air filter housing as the rubber seal surrounding the filter is to large, I tried to trim it with a craft knife but only succeded in spoiling the seal. Now I cannot even return it!!

Absolute waste of money and time. BMW E39 530i filter is longer and does not fit at all. I do not understand how can somebody produce filters with totally wrong measurements.
