The Polycom (formerly Plantronics) Blackwire C5220 headset has all the basic features covered with some nice extras like noise canceling. Comfortable headphones for extended all day use. Great headset if you prefer wired
Very nice headset, very comfortable, well made, even sounds good (as in I can even enjoy music through it when not on the phone). For a phone headset I was impressed with both the sound and comfort. I hate earbuds and in my application Bluetooth was not practical, I needed a cable. This fit all my needs.
The only downside I can find with it is I cannot hear myself (through the mic in the headset) while talking in calls so I think I tend to talk louder. My only reference is ambient that gets through the headphone pad. If I could think of one thing to change it would be that you get your own voice into the headphones via the mic.
