Voices Sound Muffled
I bought the Plantronics T-10 headset phone 5 months ago because I wanted to have a corded phone for better sound quality and a headset in order to have both hands free and avoid neck strain. Cordless phones and headsets always have too much static in my house.
I noticed right away that the sound quality was too amplified with too much bass, creating a muffled sound with the caller's words often running together in an unintelligible mush. I tried adjusting the earpiece and volume to no avail. It has become so frustrating and embarrassing to be constantly saying "Would you please repeat that?", "What? I didn't catch that." Finally ditching this thing!
My cheap RadioShack corded phone has much clearer sound quality - next will try a separate corded headset to plug into a corded phone, but am wary about using Plantronics brand again.Read full review...
Great product that has everything you need.
I do some webcasts and conference calls from home that can last up to 3 hours. Cordless phones can run out of battery during that time, and I needed a system that not only allowed me to be hands-free but also didn't require charging. This system dials, has volume control for the incoming voice, as well as a mute button which is very convenient. I can of course dial out with using the key pad, but it didn't seem to register when I dialed the conference numbers, but perhaps I didn't have it set correctly since I didn't get instructions with it. The system is also very compact, and the sound seems to be quite good. I would definitely recommend this to anybody needing to make long calls without having to worry about your phone running out of battery.Read full review...
Love it! It does the job.
Love it! It does the job. I haven't used any other similar products - so take the 'Love it!' with a grain of salt. However it works very well for me. The only thing I would purchase differently the next time is a quick disconnecting headset. With this model you need to remove the entire headset to walk more than four feet from the base unit.Read full review...

Its used but feels and looks new, and i love it because the calls are very clear and its very easy to use and you can change the tone and volume on the calls and doesn't need much space i have it on top of my computer tower with modem right next to itRead full review...

I did not like the product
I bought this product about 2 months ago used. The product looked good but when I finally was able to use it, it did not reach my expectations. The bottoms were hard to push and I had a hard time hearing people and them me.
I'm sure I would have been happier if I was the first owner....but that was not the case.Read full review...
Awesome Product!
I use this phone to service my clients, and it is awesome. I wear it as a headset, because it is more comfortable that way. Glad to have had that option.

This is a great phone. I already owned one before I bought this one and was very happy to find it. It makes it easier to have a conversation with the headset and the voices are very clear.
