I’ve used this model for over 15 years, I still own the original. I just keep an extra one on my desk charged and ready to go. You can simply buy a spare battery for times when battery is low. I don’t usually work more than 6 hours, so battery is not an issue for me. My full time agents tell me docking on lunch & breaks is enough to get them through the day.Read full review

Excellent preowned office headset

Bought this a a replacement for my worn out Plantronics of the same model. I was able to plug it in to my existing phone set up, charge it up & I was good to go-works perfectly. My job involves a high volume of calls, so a headset is essential. Glad I was able to find this one at an affordable price, since I'm required to provide my own.
