It’s seems like a good machine it’s a bit finicky for instance you can’t change cube size during operation you need to complete one size let it shut down and reset before changing sizes or it will jam and thinks it’s out of water or full make sure there is no ice left in the tray or on the elements before selecting a different size . Polycool Ice Maker disappointment.
Disappointed with the ice maker as it lasted 13 months before failing to produce ice,as it only has a 12 month warranty it leaves a sour feeling about the quality of this product.
While it worked it was fine but for the price I would have thought it would last a lot longer.
