Ideal energy saver!

I ditched the electric kettle to save energy/£s. I decided to buy this small kettle instead of using a saucepan to boil water. The size is ideal for a loner like me, it will boil enough to fill two big mugs but boils enough for one very quickly on the gas hob. The broad base, gives good stability as well as heating surface area. The whistle works well, loud enough to hear but not oppressive. The handle stays cool and the lifting cap is easy to use (remember to pop it down again!). After a few weeks use, the bright chrome finish looks good with no discolouration.
