I love this slow cooker. Light weight. Cooks anything everything. I have 2 red and 1 beige. Use them 3 times a week or more. The pan lifts out and you can serve from it. It beats those heavy crock pots. I gave all my crock pots away and this is all I use. It is extremely easy to clean up. If you use one of these you will not use anything else. Awsome little slow cooker, especially for travel!
Theses are great especially for taking to a gathering! the lid locks down, so no spills in the car!!
cooks evenly, the high setting could be a little hotter but you can deal with that!
It is easy to clean up as the pan removes and the lid lifts off for cleaning and serving, just make sure you watch the condensation reservoir below the rear hinge so that you don't have it overflow on you when you get ready to serve, or clean it up.
