Best breadbaking tool!

This item arrived quickly and looks brand new! It is exactly what I needed for my gluten free bread making. Gluten free bread is a little more dense than regular bread and a little more crusty. I have been making my own bread for several years because store bought gluten free bread is not very tasty, but I always had a hard time slicing it, even when using an electric knife I could never get uniform slices. This is a very good and well made slicing guide. You can make thin or thick slices, it is very heavy duty and is tilted so the loaf will not slide out but stays up next to the end of the slicer.
