Great Video For Older Women

Jane, in her prime years, has created a great video for us older women. I have worked out with Jane Fonda since 1984, when her original Jane Fonda's Workout album (yes, vinyl L.P.!) was so hot. I exercise with this video, among others, several times a week and love it! Aging is no excuse to let yourself go. Sound body, alert mind!

I bought this product because I am a 70 yr. old senior woman, that needs to exercise but cannot do power walking or strenuous excercise. I am really enjoying these workouts. They are low impact and I can work/start at a lower pace and work up. I already see results. My normal weight is about 120 lbs. and at 130 I decided to lose a few. Have not lost weight (also eating healthier) yet, but have lost inches. Especially from my middle. :) I would highly recomend this for all seniors, that are generally healthy and able to do some excersice. Jane Fonda makes it fun, and very relatable.
It is refreshing to see someone that is proud of her years, and "bionic" parts,(her words) and does not act like a "young" thing wanna be.Read full review...

Great Excerise DVD for nature women

A fit and strong Jane

While I've only viewed the first disc with my wife, I applaud Jane's dedication and spirit for advancing good health, especially persons in the back end of there lives.

She doesn't pander and overemphasize the need for health bodies throughout all phases of one's life, yet she get's this point across quite well.
