This game is pretty old.The object of the game is to run around,shoot people,and find key cards.That's really all there is to it.The graphics are dated,and the gameplay can get very repetitive.Still if your looking for some basic gameplay,and violence then project overkill delivers.If you don't want to pull your hair out in frustration,then I reccommend using cheat codes for this game.I mean I like challenging games but this is ridiculous.Enemy often swarm the screen,and your health depletes way to fast.Plus you have to shoot at an angle.Running away dosen't help much either,espically in the later levels.This isn't the worst game I ever played,it just has a sort of been there done that feeling.Read full review...

Great fun

Very gruesome! But depending on what you look for in games, that may or may not be a bad thing. The controls are different, but become fun once you get used to them. The death animations of enemies are very smooth and realistic. Especially for its time. Kind of disturbing really... Virtually no story but hey, you don't play this game for story. It has challenging game pkay, some would say repetitive after while. Control is not the best, but the music and gameplay and insane difficulty more than make up for it!
