great book please consider getting yourself a copy and read it! I still have lots of questions about why 'this man' and who deemed his illness, coma and journey...and lots about the afterlife...and current life. This book is excellent. A neurosurgeon's near death experience in vivid detail as he remembers it after the fact. An amazing read. Gives one hope.

Great book, hard to put it down !

Love this book ! Hard to put it down....This book is written so well, that you feel like you are there. If I wasn't so tired, I'd read it to the end in one sitting !

I'M GIVING THIS BOOK 3 STARS ONLY BECAUSE THE SURGEON BELIEVES IN HEAVEN AFTER A LIFE OF N0N-BELIEF... AND THE FACT HE HAD THE NERVE TO WRITE IT...
HOWEVER, AFTER READING ABOUT HALF THE BOOK, I DO NOT FIND IT ONE THAT HOLDS MY ATTENTION.
