No problems with the new straps

It was difficult to remove the rusted bolts, which secured the rusted and broken straps, because they were badly rusted.The rusted bolts and strap ends were reduced in size with an angle grinder. The old bolts and strap ends were carefully heated with a small oxy-acetylene flame and then removed with "mole" grips.The new bolts were greased and the new straps were fitted without problems.Read full review...
