Good alternative till you have a dedicated Macro Lens. Excellent optics
If you want to get good macro from your longer lenses, this is a good option. The focusing distance comes down to very useful levels on my 40-140mm at it's longest end. Good optical quality.
The snap-on system is pretty efficientRead full review...

Excellent product
Superb image quality. Remember it needs a 100mm lens or longer. I use it on my 100-300 Panasonic hand held. Used with inexpensive stepping rings instead of the quick release adapter you can attach a macro flash to the front. I have also bought the DCR-150 to use in combination (try Googling extreme macro). This is better than a dedicated macro lens as it has zoom and goes beyond 1:1 magnification! It's also light weight for travel. Highly recommended.Read full review...

Raynox DCR-250 lens.
Bought this lens to go on my Lumix GF1 fitted with the Panasonic 45-200 telephoto lens. The DCR 250 simply snaps on to the end of the lens. For the price I would rate this as an incredibly good buy. The lens gives very good, crisp extreme close ups.Obviously you must use a tripod and preferably a cable or electronic release. Depth of field is TINY, just breath heavily and you have to refocus. Best to stop down as far as conditions will permit. All in all a superb piece of kit for the money. Highly recommended.Read full review...
Great Little Accessory
Good quality optics and very swift delivery. This little lens solved a problem and I'll be using it with a focus rail.
Thanks!

Cheap macro
For a very cheap add on you can get great results. It's drawback is only focusing on the centre. I took pics of bees and a queen ant where I got the detail on the head but lost it on the rear.

Macro Raynox filter
Clips onto my 100mm f2.8L macro lens, it’s really easy on and off. No screwing the filter on. Wish I
Had known about this years ag. Highly recommended

Fantastic results , but need lots of patience and a tripod,,
I bought this lens to photograph macro, which it does very well. You can with practice and patience get fantastic results. Fits most cameras. It is very difficult to use hand held I prefere to use on a tripod, Very good product though and well worth the money .Read full review...
