Great Collectible Flying Game

It's a fun Star Fox-like flying game for the Virtual Boy. I'm impressed with what they were able to pull off on the hardware. As others have said, it can be difficult to tell whats solid walls vs holes in walls in the wireframe style, but I feel with a little imagination you can usually make out whats going on.Read full review...

A unique entry worth the time on Virtual Boy!

A must own for Virtual Boy! Plays like Starfox and the depth effects really pop out at you. Great enemy design. The only downside is the limited depth perception due to system limitation and no save states. Otherwise, a lot of fun to be had with this unique title.Read full review...

Beat game on the virtual boy!

In my opinion this is the best virtual boy game. Very good 3D visuals. Enjoyable gameplay and you can get it for under $10. Excellent game that brings back my childhood :)

Must Have Title!

If you somehow actually still own Nintendo's over-hyped/underrated Virtual Boy, odds are you already have "Red Alarm". If not, however, you've been missing out. This is easily the coolest title available for the prehistoric 3D system. I'm not really sure of the story other than that you're in a X-Wing(ish) space-plane, trying to bring down hordes of enemy fighters and other oddness like gigantic robot faces. Very engrossing visuals and gameplay. The controls take a little getting used to, but once you have the hang of it you're hooked. Pick it up if you have the money to spare.Read full review...

Incredibly ambitious gamebgor the VB. Also one of its best.

Definitely one of the best Virtual Boy games available.
If you have a virtual boy you need this, Galactic Pinball and Wario.

Challenging title and helps me imagine a Star Fox that could have been.

This is a remarkably fun title and helps further complete my Virtual Boy collection. It is reminiscent of Star Fox.
It was in great condition showing great care by its previous owner.

Red Alarm (Virtual Boy)

Awesome hard to find game for the discontinued old Virtual Boy System. Bought it to replace a lost one from years ago that I remembered was fun to play with good graphics. Dad and son both enjoy playing it!Read full review...

Must have for your collection!

Easily the most immersive title for the virtual boy, and my all time favorite. This offers a true 3-D experience using wire-frame graphics, not to be confused with the cardboard cut-out 3D offered in most other titles. I remember playing the demo version back in '95, but didn't acquire a copy until recently. This is a must for anyone starting their VB collection.Read full review...
