A Must have for restaurants

This book Is extremely imformative and very indepth. It takes relatively complex ideas and makes them simple and easy to learn. I bought this book after a friend of mine (also a chef)loaned his copy to me. I also purchased the 3rd edition. GREAT BOOK !!!!Read full review...
