Reliable Pressure Sensing for Car Tyres
These sensors are well worth the money. They are robust and very simple to set up. I've had a set running on a Peugeot 407 Saloon for 2.5 years without any problems. I have had to replace one leaking sensor now, probably due to it seizing onto the valve stem that hadn't been greased.
It's a good idea to keep the kit in the car at all times so the removal tool is handy. Battery replacement is easy but they last a long time anyway.
The low profile cigarette lighter plug display is well laid out and low pressure alarm is clear. If a new sensor needs fitted an easy pairing procedure is spelt out in the manual. I am still able to close the ash tray in the front of the car even with the plug in.
The rubber grommet that should seal the back of the sensor and the locking nut is a tricky fit and tends to pop off onto the stem. The rubber also becomes brittle. That's my only criticism of an excellent product.Read full review...

Not fit for purpose
Sold as a fit and forget tpms. Nicely presented, well made, but on fitting the plug in monitor it varies between spurious and erroneous leak alerts, or showing low batteries in the sensor heads, it works ( showing pressures) about 10% of the time at best. Good product
This is a good quality product. Discreet fitment in car via the cigarette lighter so no wires etc. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it is a bit hit and miss setting up. 2 of the pressure sensors were immediately picked up by the control module but the other 2 took several goes at being locked in. A great low-cost monitoring system
This is an extremely simple to use monitoring system if you do not have the inbuilt version now fitted to all new cars. All it involves is the replacement of the dust caps with the pressure sensors, ensuring each is located in accordance with the lettering on the sensor e.g. RR for Rear Right. The nut, which is fitted behind the sensor, is then tightened onto the sensor with the tool provided, to make it more difficult to steal, as the sensor then takes quite a bit of effort to unscrew. The sensors are a lot bigger than the dust caps, and so are quite obvious to a would-be thief. However, the sensors are of no use without the corresponding internal display unit
Replacement of the button cell battery is simple using the tool provided, which unscrews the cover, to reveal the battery. The display unit simply plugs into the cigarette lighter, but do consider whether you have room, as the unit protrudes an inch or so beyond where the lighter would. Also ensure the display unit is visible to you when driving, as it might be hidden in a compartment not visible during your journey.
This unit displays only one pressure at a time (other products display all 4 concurrently), but constantly scrolls around the wheels to display each pressure in turn. Warnings are displayed if the pressure drops quickly, or the battery is running low.
