Great phone! Have had it only a couple of weeks and just love it! Upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S7. Battery life is amazing--so much better than our older phones. Have always loved Samsung phones, and this one is no exception. Everything about this phone is great. Very good value. Very easy to transfer sim card from old phone to this one. A Good Value with Plenty of Features
This was an upgrade from my S9+ because it has more onboard memory. If you know how to swap out the SIM card you'll know how to transfer your account into a new phone. It was a simple matter to swap out the SIM and the SD expansion card from my old phone to my new phone. Less than five minutes and it was done. Galaxy S10+
Still getting used to it, my last phone was a Motorola g7 optimo max, it had twice the battery life but didn't perform as well. My last Samsung was an S6 I hope this phone holds up as well as that one did. It has a lot of features I know nothing about but I'm sure glad to have a galaxy S series phone again. Still learning how to use it properly
It's good but I often have to press repeatedly to get a response. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy 6 which I really liked especially the picture resolution. The Notes app is less desirable than the G6 Memo. I'm still trying to get used to it but I usually refer to my old one for alarm, calculator and memo so now, I have to carry two phones. I am not sure what you mean by "small form factor".
And the most bothersome, is that it doesn't always open up when you tap the screen. I have to push the right side button.
