This phone is excellent for anyone wanting to upgrade from any previous Samsung Galaxy phone or iPhone. Every major deciding factor like screen refresh, battery, camera, and random accessable memory have all been improved significantly. If you're like me & always wait years before getting an upgrade I'm here to say that this phone is worthy of purchasing. Love my Samsung phones, but for the first time (after seven) I have one with a defect.
Phone was everything I had hoped it would be, great screen resolution, good battery life, 5G, calls sound great and works great, until, after two or three days, the touch screen will quit working. It is very random and does not seem to matter what I was doing, heavy use or no use at all. The first time it happened, I panicked and it took several hours to get it to do anything.
