Great phone, but battery life not so good

I like this Galaxy S7 phone, but am not a fan of the battery life. I do not use many apps. I keep location and wifi turned off until needed but by the end of the day I must recharge. Otherwise the phone has nice features, great camera and good size for my needs.Read full review

Ok, but battery life is terrible.

Phone works fine as far as taking pics, wifi, texting, making calls, etc., but the biggest draw back is the battery life. It is terrible. The battery life is the worst of any phone I have ever owned. For being a Samsung Galaxy I would of expected better. The battery was also rated quite high by Samsung but that rating was deceiving as the battery depletes quickly. With very little use or even sitting idle, you can watch the percentage on the battery deplete. By mid day you will need to charge your phone. And it's not just the one I have, apparently this is an issue with many who have this phone. So reviews and ratings aren't always what they're cracked up to be, sometimes you just have to find out for yourself and unfortunately I have a phone I'm not totally happy with. I would not purchase this phone again....all because of the battery life. Of course, no battery....no phone.Read full review

This is a nice phone

This is a very nice phone, I like the picture quality. the only down fall is like other customers the call quality is bad. You will often hear an echo when talking that is really annoying and at times the person your talking to will also hear feed back, Ive read many reviews that this is happening with most S7, so I hope Verizon will be able to do an update that will fix this issue. Pretty good phone!

Battery life is shorter than my previous S7 which had the Oxynos processer vs the Snapdragon this has, but it's not too bad.

Great upgrade from Galaxy S5

Prices are down on eBay, since the S8 is coming. I love the charger outlet better, twice the Memory and Capacity, works better with Android 7.0. My Email and Tweeter and other apps all work better without bogging down phone. My voice Keyboard works again. I had the S5 18 months after I bought it on eBay.Read full review

Nice Galaxy S7

I have had a Galaxy S7 for 5 and a half years. I love it and have no desire to replace it, but it isn't supported anymore. I want to upgrade it to AOSP Android 13, but didn't want to risk bricking it. So, I bought this phone to test the upgrade process. It is actually a little better than my old S7. Drain too much battery

Overall it's a pretty good phone, the only bad thing about this phone is its battery. At first it didn't use a lot of energy but after a couple day my phone barely last more than two hours. If I put it to power mode, it can last to 4 hours and that pretty much it. Would recommend if the battery life is better. Read full review

nice piece but fragile case

FLAW IN CASE:
have had the 7S for two weeks and MODERATE call business use. Formating it with ease because it was close to my Express 88 phone. Nice piece of equipment. Voice conversations clear as a bell, only drawback is a fragile case. Beautiful gold color back but cracks easily. NO sign of impact. Had 2 days, did not drop nor impact it. When i took it out of my pocket a crack was visible from one corner across 2/3 rds of the phone.
