Great phone for its price!
Keys and interface take some time getting used to, but overall its a great phone! almost as many capabilities as a smartphone, with the speed issues of a smartphone. I love my reality!

I bought this product as a replacement. it's light, has nice features, and its a good value. It's a great phone for not-a-smart-phone and the mobile web isn't too bad either.

Great phone, but very poorly made.
I absolutely loved my Samsung Reality, I loves that it was touch but still had buttons. But, my phone started doing all kinds of weird things after just about a month of having it, I had insurance on it so I got another one just like it, and it started turning off all the time, and when I would try to bring out the keyboard, it wouldn't turn on the screen. Great replacement phone for the money.
Great phone to replace my Kin TwoM that died. Touchscreen takes a little to get used to since it's pressure sensitive and not heat sensitive. Good value overall.
too old to activate
Phone works fine Verizon will not activate it , says it's too old !
Lasted 2 months - nice toy but not a phone
The phone was fine, the additional charge by verizon for the data package is BS, they charge too much for each little thing. The phone got dropped about 2 foot and lost about 1/2 inch of the screen. Got dropped again a month later about the same distance and lost the whole screen. What good is a phone if it can not be dropped because sooner or later you will drop it.Read full review...
