PRD3B Sangean Portable radio...We purchased this radio on the specs that seemed to be a portable radio that we need for our remote area. We are disappointed in the radio, it does not work any better than our old cd, radio combo. yes it will pick up the ABC Wide Bay on FM, no AM stations, it has battery back up, which is ok, no carry handle, (it has a recessed "carry handle?" that if you pick it up moves the tuning ?? . It is easy to use, the price is expensive for a radio that does not have the power to pick up remote stations, no short wave .
