John Travolta portrays his role so very well in this movie, he is a great dancer and actor. I love the story of the movie, the music, it is so entertaining. It also brings back alot of memories of my time back in those 70's line dancing at disco.Read full review...

The Definitive Edition...
It seems like this movie gets a special "anniversary" release every few years, but up until now it was always the same version. Here we finally get a "directors cut," that restores 3 new scenes that add another 3 minutes to the feature. Maybe 3 minutes isn't that big a deal, but to fans of SNF it is an exciting addition. This new DC BluRay also features new box artwork, that is updated and better represents the movie. The old, standard image of Travolta in the white disco suit, does a disservice to the movie, as this is so much more than a "disco flick," and this more ambiguous black silhouette design, should serve to put the disco angle in the background, and allow the newer generations to discover this iconic film as the great coming of age drama that it is. For anyone wanting to add "Saturday Night Fever" to their movie libraries, THIS is the edition to look for.Read full review...
