a great rapcore rip

This original take on the birth of TFK is raw and hard rocking. The rapcore vocals are smooth and the bass is usually funky. The guitars are heavy and the drums add some variety. While I haven't the re-release to compare with, I've heard that its extra demo's are no big deal anyway. Additional releases, as good as they may be as well, don't capture their raw energy as this one does.

Their following cd's, while still good of course, are more refined and less rapcore. Some fans will perceive this as a dismissal of the band's roots. While bands evolve, they also need to keep something of what first enticed fans.

Puppet is simply a moshing dream. Who does pull your strings, whether you are in the pit or not?

Supafly and Rhime Animal are quick lyrically and funky to the max. Unbelievable is a fun cover with added lyrics that is sure to get you more than dancing. Up Comes Down and Set It Off are unpredictable rockers. Small Town is a smart little ballad that many rural folk can appreciate while Lift It is an original worship song of sorts.

These guys are fun in concert and it is nice seeing a Christian band out of Canada enjoying some success. They have paid their dues and are worthy of some respect. While their lyrics can often leave you hanging, in the end you still know where they stand. you can't beat the clasics of Thousand Foot Krutch!!!!!

This is one of the origional Thousand Foot Krutch CD's and, in my opinion, one of their best. The amazing rap/rock combinations can't be replicated by anyone else! The acoustics/vocals are a real attentrion grabber! The way they used the beat and melody of todays music and fused it with the word of God is abaolutley. Me gusta Thousand Foot Krutch

This album is pretty much the album that got me into this style of music. It has also opened my ears to other styles, including rock and some heavy metal.
