Good solution to small clipless pedals for MTB's

These are great. If you get stopped on a really steep hill it can be impossible to get going again with normal, even two sided clipless pedals. You can jab your foot on these and because of the wide platform your foot will hold on them until you get to a place where you can actually clip in properly. Also useful when riding the bike with tennis shoes as you have a wide / stable platform.

Practical day to day pedals for every one.

Practical day to day pedals. Obviously larger and a bit heavier than the stubby clipin pedals, but so much easier to use in city/road mixed environments. If I want to do a day of pure road biking, I might switch them out but for daily use, there are a great value, well built, and have best of both worlds. Sturdy and convenient

These pedals are great for bikes that get used both for casual rides or commuting, as well as for more intense riding where clipless shoes work best. They are as sturdy as you could hope for. There is chromed steel in the bail and SPD clips, and the body is aluminum.

They would get 5 stars if the platform were slightly larger, and if their overall weight were lighter. That sort of pedal does exist, but at a considerably higher price. For the money these are excellent, though.Read full review...
