Perfect title especially for the wok recipes

Nice recipes I will try. I especially like the cooking tips he provided in this book. The one I like the best is the 50% - 50% white rice and soaking the brown rice then cooking them together. He also provided brand names for some ingredients and it's important to which brands are preferred by the chef. Great book. thanks.Read full review...

One of the all time super chefs. My favorite alongside Bobby Flay. This book of recipes is a value difficult to match with several of Mings classics and more. A great find that shouldn't be missed.
