PS3 not working.

I received mine in the mail and it won’t cut on. It’s showing the red light like it’s powered off but when I go to cut it on a green light will show up for a second but it won’t turn on.

The PS3 Super Slim is SUPER QUIET! Hear your games and nothing else!

The PS3 has always been a fantastic system with arguably the best selection of games available this console generation. That hasn't changed with this newest model, the PS3 Super Slim. What has changed, however, is noise levels. The Super Slim is SUPER QUIET!

The original PS3, as well as the Xbox 360, could get really loud while playing games - sometimes unbearably so. Since the Super Slim uses a smaller, much more efficient power supply unit, it generates less heat (and uses less electricity!) and can therefore utilize a smaller, quieter fan. It's so nice to be able to play a game and hear nothing but the game.

Another thing I think is pretty neat is the top-loading disc tray. Previous PS3s were automatic front-loaders. If something happened and the disc got stuck, you were in bad shape. Here, all you have to do is slide it open, reach right in there and grab your disc. This is also makes it easier to clean the laser in case someone puts a dirty disc in there and smudges it up. I think Sony made a brilliant move with this.

Other than that, the PS3 Super Slim is the same PS3 we all know and love. If you have a PS3 already, there's really no reason to upgrade to this one unless you like what I mentioned above (or you like the sleeker, smaller form factor). If you are without a PS3 at the moment, there's no reason not to grab this one. It's all around fantastic.Read full review...

This has to be one of the best game system/package deals available!!!

Love it!! Infamous is a VERY addicting game. Run around with Superhuman powers doing whatever you want. Have not tried Uncharted yet. It comes with the original and sequel for both games. The 250GB hard drive is way more storage that almost anybody could ever use unless you are saving loads of full length HD movies to it. Awesome Deal!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who hasn't played these game they are top quality. The system itself is light and fits comfortably on any shelf. My only complaint is that it's kind of loud especially compared to light purr that the xbox 360 slim emits. Nevertheless, it's great 5 stars all the way.Read full review...
