After a long wait for it i was very impressed with it the only thing was the sd memory card slot cover was missing but I have since ordered one and fitted it

Okay to start but now terrible

Phone worked great when arrived, about 30 days after purchasing I noticed many faults. Camera is very grainy and struggles to focus which means it's near impossible to take a clear photo. Even with SD card inserted the phone won't let me install apps or move anything to SD card. Phone often freezes and the back button is extremely temperamental. The Sony T has delivered all that previous versions of the Xperia promised

I had a complicated evening, including arguments with my girlfriend and, to top it off, I left my old mobile in the taxi while discussing with the driver who tried to trick me out of half the money I had paid.

The result was time to change mobiles. I have been a Sony fan for some time and when I saw this device, I knew I would be impressed. On receiving it at remarkable speed, I tore open the packaging to get my hands on it. It is a good size for my medium hands. It has a nice feel about it, similar to the Arc I had before it, yet more sturdy.

The lack of access to the battery could be seen as a problem. However, I appreciate the fact it means dust and detritus do not get inside. The Sony adaptation of Android is perfect. It is so easy to use. I have to admit, the first thing I did was get rid of the Timescape widget, which I have always hated.

Otherwise, the device came loaded with most of the stuff I needed and moreso. I have to say that the walkman app is disappointing. The sound quality does not seem up to par with PowerAmp, for example, and it often stops in the middle of a song to tell me it cannot play it, before continuing.

The screen is marvellous. It is easy to read and not blocked out by the sun. There is a wonderful vibrator effect when you type. I have found it very useful when multitasking and having an idea if my fingers have hit the keys. I have no problems typing on the virtual keyboard.

The camera is fantastic. I love being able to start it up without wiggling my finger to wake up the screen.

To be honest, there is little to say against this. I had originally thought about skipping this model and waiting for the z. However, after the first few days of use, I see no reason to do so. I am delighted with this.Read full review...

I had a previous model of this before but this one is far better I love it, it is much better to access the internet and easier to use

need to sort out the volume settings

Nice phone good value only problem is that the volume is very low even on the phones high setting

Terrific phone

Its fast, the display is great. It seems to need charging more than my last phone but not by much. Very good value for money.
