Great product for its price

Great item with a few minor glitches. For instance if you have the item in potrait mode and you need to open up the menu, it only opens up in landscape. The image resolution is great for the price. Transferring files is easy but with the disadvantage that you do not have the option to only play certain images in specific folders. The compatibility with various memory devices makes it easy to get your photos loaded on quickly into the picture frame. The remote that comes with it works great, but seems a bit redundant for me at least since you change the settings so seldom on the picture frame.

Great seller that went above & beyond!

I ordered this item for my daughter for a birthday present. I asked them if they could just write Happy Birthday from Mom on the packing slip. They went above and beyond AND even included a birthday card! I ordered late and wanted it to get there by her birthday, and even though it didn't make it because it came from Canada, they got it in the mail ASAP. I haven't seen it but my daughter and her family have reported that it is a great product and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered this particular product, a Sony digital frame, because she has two little girls and has had to be away from them for a few weeks for training with her job.
