Works on Windows 7 + Windows 10 - Very Handy

When initially plugging in the USB device it shows up as a CDrom with drivers - nice one. I did a speed comparison by copying a 4GB MKV file to a NAS device and compared performance to the on board Nvidia GigE. The USB was about 85% the speed of the on board NIC so pretty good. I only have USB2 on that computer so perhaps the results were limited by USB2 rather than the Ethernet?

MAC Address starts with: 00:E0:4C (Realtek)
USB: VID_0BD PID_8153

Windows 7 64bit uses: rtux64w7. sys

Windows 10:
I also tried in on a Asus Zenbook running Windows 10 Creation Update and it didn't mount the emulated CD or show the USB device in the Device Manager at first. It indicated that the device wasn't functioning correctly. So I unplugged it and tried on the Windows 7 machine. However on my 2nd attempt it just worked in the Windows 10 laptop. I thought it had failed again until I noticed the Realtek USB GbE Family Controller in the Device Manager and the Network Connections control panel.. They do have a driver for Windows 10 but I didn't seem to need it.
