Best entry of a fun little show

I must admit, despite being a guy, I've fallen under the spell of the sweet little redhead ever since I started watching it on Kewlopolis. The show has a handsome character design, nice songs, and great life lessons. And yes it's funny too. In my opinion, the most consistent quality episodes and dvds are those from the second season. However, World of Friends, a third season dvd, is hands down my new favorite Strawberry Shortcake dvd. It contains two of the best episodes you'll likely ever watch. In this DVD, Strawberry expands her circle of friends to other kids from around the world. In the first episode, Strawberry gets invited to Pearis to meet Crepes Suzette. However both Strawberry's and Crepes' pets get lost in the big city, and Strawberry and Crepes must put aside their differences to work together and find their pets. In the second episode, Strawberry is the one who does the inviting and several friends from around the world meet in Strawberryland for a festival. Strawberry offers to take care of Tea Blossom during her stay and to show her the sights. But Strawberry's and Tea Blossom's potential friendship, and the whole festival, almost get derailed when neither is honest with each other about not liking the same things while Angel Cake's perfectionism causes the festival cake not be baked on time. Both of these episodes have a wonderful feel to them with great songs and provide not only lessons about friendship and honesty but about diversity as well. Ebay Putting business out of business every day.

Wan Strawberry Shortcake DVD for my 1 year old daughter. Brand new DVD with everything you could ask. Week later bought another Strawberry DVD at 4 x the cost at Barnes and Nobles. All I can say is that regular stores are going to have to figure out new ways to make money because ebay is going to put them all out one of these days. Ebay and Walmart are the only ways to shop in the future.

I purchased this for my 4 year old granddaughter's birthday. She absolutely adores Strawberry Shortcake and all of her friends. Very Meaningful

We love Strawberry Shortcake in our house, so this was a great addition. The stories are meaningful; teaching diversity and kindness to all- on a level my 3 yr old understands. A quality dvd.
