Great value speakers with a slight design flaw.

Bought these to install in my new house, and so far I'm very impressed with the sound quality.

They reproduce a decent frequency range, which is far more than you'd usually get from speakers in this price bracket. Most of the cheaper speakers I had experienced lacked any sort of low-end, which isn't to say you should expect any kind of earth-shattering sub-bass, but they are rated to hit as low as 50Hz, which is acceptable for sure without a dedicated woofer.

The installation itself was relatively straightforward, with some minor hiccups along the way. Firstly, getting the grilles off the speakers in preparation for mounting them wasn't as easy as expected, which leads to the major problem. Once the speakers are installed, it's nigh on impossible to get the grilles back on. This is the major benefit of having speakers with magnetic grilles. I've spent longer trying to get the grilles on than it took to install them, and in the end, have given up.

The included instructions were rather minimal, but sum up the install process appropriately.
