In a wk my hair was shinier and I genuinely felt better!

I tried this on recommendation of a friend. She had looked better- brighter. I asked her what hair products she was using and she said nothing new just this supplement! I’m usually pretty cautious with trying stuff in past and no difference but when you have a friend telling you, it’s a bit different. So I bought the product, followed instructions and within a wk my hair was more shiny, my skin went through a bit of a detox first then it was clear and brighter!
