Most of the Buttons don’t work

I am extremely unhappy with this cheaply made product and unable to use most of the buttons therefore I can’t connect to majority of the use for the television
I have attached photos with the original remote and the replacement remote and you can see the quality is nowhere near the same nor is the useRead full review...
