I got a bargain on a great mid-range model!
I believe this was a direct-from-manufacturer clearance since I had a hard time finding them anywhere else, presumably because they've been discontinued. All the reviews were good and I believe I got it at approximately half of retail. It has a built-in pre-amp and includes a good quality (Japanese, but unbranded) MM cartridge, which sounds great, plus it has Bluetooth, in the event I ever want to transmit to powered speakers or maybe even to digitally record to a laptop.
I'm VERY happy with it!Read full review...

Disappointed - I thought the base was going to be made of walnut. It looks like it's carbon fiber instead.
This is a low budget turntable with 3 grams of tracking force. Long-term, I would not expose my record collection to the likes of this turntable. Also, I discovered that it has a belt driven platten, and the belt is very flimsy. You can't upgrade to a better cartridge because there's no way to tell what the actual tracking force is. Not so sure on this one
The values above are unknown at this time as the turntable was DOA. The factory supplied cartridge, a no-name generic only, described as Japan made, was in a failure mode from the get-go. I have ordered a new cartridge, not from them, and am waiting for its arrival.Read full review...

Amazing Fun and Sound
I’m having a blast revisiting Vinyl records from my youth, and this turn table is perfect. Highest recommendation!
