Billy Rules!
You know I've tried a number of workout tapes/dvds. None of them have helped me the same way Tae Bo does. With Billy's workouts I lose weight faster and get toned quicker than anything else I've tried. So, as a whole I think it is the best workout for your dollar. Plus, ya gotta love how hard Billy works out for and with you. He doesn't rest on his laurels; he sincerely wants you to get a full workout and he tries to continually motivate and cheer you on. great workout, fast paced
I decided to buy this product to replace an old tae bo tape. It is a great workout. This set has four tapes including an instructional tape. I have done tai bo before, so I didn't need the instructions!

Tae Bo video with Billy Blanks
Good set. He starts with introducing you, step by step, to Tae Bo. A very good thing! Keeps you from getting hurt. Then advances when you're ready. You just put in the next tape.
Tae Bo Live
The basic and advance Tae Bo Live tapes are very intense and fast paced. A very good work out. The 8 minute workout...I just thought I was ready for it.
