It works! Hookup took a little while because the instructions are in Chinglish. The unit is paired to my hearing aids (Kirkland).

The downside is the quality of the sound. Does not have anywhere near the rich sounds of a speaker. But now I can watch TV without the sound turned up or the subtitles turned on. Good value for the money. But I wish someone would pay me a few bucks to rewrite the instruction manual. :)Read full review

Works good at a output device from a 3.5mm to the Bluetooth , is a bit confusing and conflicting when you try pairing a new device to it , but it works just takes a while has strange instructions about hitting the power button 2 times etc . Once a device is paired is seems to remember them , it's not documented to do this but this is how it works which is a great time saver . Good blue tooth transmitter for the money

I don't have a lot of experience with blue tooth transmitters but this one paired easily and my blue tooth speaker worked well from 30' away and behind walls. What more could I ask for?
