Big sound from compact components

I am totally impressed with the sound quality at this price point. The clarity of sound is great and the bottom, although not top flight, is more than adequate for the applications you're likely to use this system in. It also travels well due to the solid construction of the components. I used it in a moderately large banquet room in a memorial dinner for my recently deceased Mother who was a great music lover. The system was more than up to the task in filling the room with Mom's favorite musical selections with no perceptible distortion even while played at fairly high volume.
