This is a pdf version of this very large cookbook. I didn’t realize how much I use the intuitive features of the online amazon book purchases like clicking on a chapter. This book is very long and therefore requires a lot of flipping through pages to get to the recipe you want. If you don’t mind flipping then buy this. I’d pay an extra $6-$10 next time to be able to click on a bolder line to get to a page. Read full review...

The America's Test Kitchen Healthy Famiky Cookbook

I watch America;s Test Kitchen on PBS every chance I get. Love it. Ordered the book, and got it one time. But the binding was broken and I had to rivet it myself. Insert was new, and the cover was worn, but not too bad of shape. For $26 thought the product was less than expected. But I do like the book, especially in the new insert.

Cookbook was in excellent shape

Beautiful cookbook. The recipes were disappointing. I was looking for low or no sugar recipes and haven't found any worth remaking.
