Easy Read - a real page turner!

This book is a must-read for every dog lover! The life of a dog - told by that dog, but in a way that is totally "human", From the first page to the last, the story had me....sometimes laughing....sometimes weeping a bit....sometimes saying awwww or wow -- but always enchanted.
It's an easy, relaxing read and has become one of the books I've enjoyed reading most, in the past few years.

a heart-wrenching book that cannot be put down

Great story, told as only a dog could tell it. It shows we humans the compassion and understanding that dogs possess. There is indeed an imperceptible bond between dogs and their people which is not always easily defined. The book also tells of the trials of family life and the tragedies that can happen. Everyone should have an ENZO

Don't let the idea of a dog narrating the story, and thinking way to much like a human, dissuade you from reading the book. Just accept it and you will enjoy it. I don't care one whit about race car driving, but I can at least appreciate it more now, after reading this book. I not only read for enjoyment, but I like to learn new things from each book. Not My Usual

This kind of writing is not in any way my usual "cup of tea." Everyone told me that the book would make me cry. I said it would never happen. I was wrong. I cried. This is a very good and light read for anyone that loves pets, people and life. You will hope that some of it never happens to you and you will hope that a lot of it does. I enjoyed it and I recommend it. You will cry.
