Possibly the definitive practical guide to Ayruveda.. Whether you want to optimise health for your constitution or have a resourse to treat ailments naturally it's a great book to have on the shelf. I lent my old copy and as its gone walkabout am happily updating it.Read full review...

Excellent Reference Book

A very detailed bible of Ayurveda Home Remedies. I had loaned copy from the library before buying. It provides very clear detailed information on almost all alignments and how you can address these use natural remedies

My only negative comment is I wish they would include evidence of how good these are. They can either be Scientific evidence or other forms.

Great reference book highly recommended.
