Wonderful book with recipes of yesteryear for my cook book library. Beaut.

I have never seen or heard of a cook book of this nature before, so how could one resist a cookbook compiled using time tested recipes of generations of country and city ladies of the CWA.
Wonderfull, full of delicious meals for all, fully outlined in easy to read form, mostly using common ingredients of the day.

I had heard about the wonderful recipes from this book so decided to buy one. I think it's a bit over-rated and I was disappointed in the recipes. I would use maybe 2 or 3 of the recipes in the book
