Health Hoax, Never be fat again and Never feel old again

I got 3 of his books Health Hoax very informative talks of different topics and a lot of stuff I did not know, Never feel old again and Never be fat again. All books go more into detail of explaining what different foods do to us , basically see inside the bubble. But transferring all this knowledge into day to day will not be that easy. But definitely worth while if you want to get rid of medical issues....which in my case becomes important. I begin to see myself in a different way, instead of just pleasing my "feelings" and just eat and drink what I feel like I am understanding now what it is all about in more detail, so much that I want to change very much.
