A GREAT READ

I read the 1st book in the series "The Clan of the Cave Bear" and loved it. So I looked for the rest of the series, which I found and ordered them. Although they are second hand and of different print runs (different cover pictures) that makes absolutely no difference to the overall read and they were in very good condition.

a brilliant book

i read this book (and the rest of the series) years ago (about 20!) and absolutely loved them. i couldn't put them down. i have since read them again and felt the same way. the story of a young cave girl is so descriptive it made me feel like i wanted to be her. now i want my my step daughter who is nearly 10 and loves reading to enjoy them as much as i did :)Read full review...

Tedious

The first book in the series was decent but the rest of the books were really really boring and there was a lot of tedious sex scenes.
