Really disappointing.

Having just bought an All American Pressure Canner I was looking forward to receiving this cookbook as the glossy external photo suggests an enticing internal read.
However the print is extremely faded and I am not in my youth anymore. I do not recommend it as a reader who requires spectacles may struggle with the print, which is large enough, but sadly hard to read.
I would have returned it but would have had to pay return charges so not worth it.
I would recommend instead 'The Complete Guide to Pressure Canning' by Diane Devereaux. Extremely good and very readable with much better recipes and very clear instructions for using the All American Pressure Canner and other US pressure canners.
