Vegan WFPB + Instant Pot = a cookbook must

This cookbook combines two great things: cooking whole food plant based (WFPB/vegan) and doing it the easy way with your electric pressure cooker. It's great for newbies or long time vegans. Instant Pots have taken their time to get to Australia but they are a game changer for set and forget cooking. Nisha Vora makes it easy to have healthy food at the ready. Nisha has her own website and YouTube channel called Rainbow Plant Life which adds to your knowledge and recipes, but it's good to have a hard copy with all the info, great photos and inspiring recipes to keep in your kitchen too. She helps with batch cooking too, which is super easy and time saving with the Instant Pot. This cookbook is the road to the healthiest cooking and to have your pantry and fridge always ready with the foods you need is the best. It makes you realise you are not missing out on anything.
