I bought this book specifically for 2 recipes that I had seen on TV. Tried them both and they are fabulous. Having great fun now working through the book trying other recipes.

Recipes have a lovely balance of flavours and when combined result in delicious food. (Even if one particular taste isn't to your fancy don't leave it out. the blend of flavours makes the meal)Read full review...

You'd think it was appealing, I like Tom, but the food is too complicated. Glad I didn't buy as new. Sorry Tom for downing the book, but you dont even have pictures for every meal. Tom Kerridge, a man who knows how to cook and knows how to treat people with respect. This fabulous book shows T.K. at his best. We have tried 6 of the dishes so far and all have been amazing. Easy to follow recipes, great ingredients and brilliant photography.
