Very disappointed, expected Tom Tom to be better.
The system used to fix the receiver to the windscreen is very poor, the worst I have come across on a few different Sat Navs. It keeps falling off when driving making it useless. The one I bought had been refurbished by Tom Tom, but has out of date maps. To buy new maps would double the cost. I bought it because Tom Tom is the market leader and I assumed it must be the best, but I consider the layout of the display on Via Michelin much better. Unfortunately map updates for Via Michelin are not available. It does process faster than the Via M and is better at being correct at an oncoming junction.Read full review...
Awesome product
Very good navigation system. Easy to vew maps, clear sound, overall very good. would recommend. I have used one of these before for about two years and this was my second one for my brother. The unit does drop sometimes but i have found this is due to dust or grease on the windscreen, so i ussually give it a wipe and then it is ok.Read full review...

I bought this model to up grade from UK map for a European trip later this year, selling my old one on eBay to recover some of the costs. This will enable my to travel across Europe saving time and money getting from place to place on time.Read full review...
Brilliant! definatly worth owning.
Excellent bit of kit. Very impressed with it. Extremley easy to use. Glad i bought one. Saved me loads in fuel costs.

not cheapes product
i think this product is europe maps but i 've wrong choise to buy that , that is only GB & ierland and very oldes maps.wrong...wrong...wrong not cheapes on EBAY

Since i receved this tom tom ive used it lots of times and has been faultless everytime and at the price i paid (£109.99) its awesome value aswell the item eventhough referbished still has all the tom tom after sales features like map updates when connected to tom tom online via a pc, tom tom is the best satalite navigation system in the uk (just my opinion) and im sure id never use anything else.Read full review...
Tom Tom purchased for Holiday
I purchased this TomTom for a Holiday in Australia and New Zealand instead of renting one with the Hertz Rental car which would have been twice the cost of this one to rent.
It came with the Relevant maps installed as well as Africa, Middle East and Europe. It worked fine in the UK but would it work in OZ and NZ??
I need not have worried it worked faultlessly. As soon as we landed in OZ it advised us to change map and it all worked fine from then on. The same happened on arriving in NZ. As a bonus it periodically reminded me of the maxim speed limits!! The maximum speed on the major roads in NZ is only 62MPH and the NZ authorities are particularly keen and we saw quite a few Police Camera Cars and Vans some of which were unmarked. We were advised that during December in NZ there is Zero Tolerance on anything over the speed limit. So all in all a very good purchase.Read full review...
