I like the flexability

I put this in a 2016 Colorado. Did not like the idea of having to put a 1 piece unit somewhere on the dash. With this one I made a bracket and installed the controller under the dash out of site. I mounted the manual switch to the credit card popout with the red light facing down so it won't be in my face while driving and mounted the digital readout in the corner of the dash. Pushed the wire into the crack in the dash with a paint stick and ran the wire under the door weatherstripping to the kick panel. Out of site. Bought my Colorado with the towing package so splicing into the wires behind the drivers kick panel was no problem. Expect many years of service, but only time will tell.Read full review
